General purpose Cooley-Tacky FFT routines on Fixed Point implementations introduce bias in the spectrum calculation when Scaling is enabled , which in turn causes impulses in the IFFT reconstructed signals, causing a very annoying hum in voice applications. Danlaw provides a bias free version which is useful for voice applications. These are Optimized for TI c54xx processors.
