The aim is to provide secured Wireless Application solution for
Marine operations and Cargo handling at Harbors and Ports.

The application software is being designed and developed based
on the WAP- (v1.1) protocol. The underlying wireless technology
is GSM.

|
The end users of this application are the Yard Managers and
Supervisors who can access the centralized Marine & Cargo
operations Database for on-line transactions from respective
yards, through their handheld terminals (eg Nokia Mobile Phone).
The Application software is integrated with Voice & Data with
built-in mail facility.
