The purpose of Danlaw Automated Resource Tracking (DART) System is to effectively manage the personnel resources of Danlaw. The system is being developed as a web enabled application to work in Intranet/Internet environment giving access to Danlaw administrative personnel at office premises as well as to the Danlaw employees working at customer premises.

The system
  • Maintains the employee records and keeps track of their assignments with the customers
  • Maintains purchase order/ Release order/ Work Order details, which are placed by various customers for obtaining services from Danlaw personnel
  • Allows the employees to enter their time sheets into the system from the customer premises itself over the Internet
  • Allows the Danlaw administrative persons to enter or modify the time sheet contents to take care of the exceptional situations.
  • Allows, based on this information, generation of periodic invoices as part of billing the respective customers for the services offered to them, keeping track of the customer payments and paying the employees.
  • Generates various reports to help the managers to track the personnel resources and effectively utilizing their time.
